WE LEARNED ABOUT WHAT WE CAN

  1. I'm in all the way! I'm continuing the detox through March but adding fruit and grains sparingly. I'm also adding 8 hours of sleep eat night. Mom, may I suggest no more late night PSJ postings from you 😜 Your sleep is more important!
